Terms & Conditions — ReportGenie

1. Who we are

ReportGenie ("ReportGenie," "we," "us," or "our") is an automated SEO and marketing reporting tool for agencies, available at app.websgrow.com/reportgenie. ReportGenie is owned and operated by Abdul Hadi, of 527 H Block Sabzazar Scheme, Lahore, Pakistan. When you create an account or use ReportGenie, you are contracting directly with Abdul Hadi, trading as ReportGenie.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, accessing, or continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. If you're using the Service on behalf of a company or agency, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Team member accounts (where available, e.g. ReportGenie's Reports Manager, Billing Manager, and Viewer roles) act under the plan and permissions granted by the account owner.

4. Subscription plans, billing & payments

Some tools, including ReportGenie, offer a free tier alongside paid subscription plans (currently Starter and Pro). Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis and renew automatically until cancelled. We may change plan pricing or features from time to time; where reasonably possible, we'll give notice before a price change affects your next billing cycle.

Paddle is the merchant of record. Where subscriptions are processed through Paddle, your purchase is made through and with Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorized reseller. Paddle is responsible for processing your payment, issuing invoices/receipts, handling applicable sales tax/VAT, and is the seller of record for these transactions. Paddle's own buyer terms apply to the payment itself, alongside these Terms, which govern your use of the Service. 5. Free tier & usage limits

Free-tier limits (such as the number of reports, audits, or generations included) are shown in your dashboard and may be adjusted from time to time. Continuing to use a tool past a free-tier limit may require upgrading to a paid plan.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, without limitation, not:

Using the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes anyone else's rights;
Sending spam, or using the Service to defraud or deceive any person;
Infringing our or any third party's intellectual property rights;
Attempting to interfere with, probe, scrape at scale, or compromise the security or integrity of the Service, including introducing malware or attempting unauthorized access to any account or system; or
Reselling or sublicensing access to the Service without our written permission.

7. Data you connect (Google and other integrations)

Some tools, including ReportGenie, let you connect third-party accounts (for example Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or Google Business Profile) so we can pull data into your reports. You control which accounts you connect and can disconnect them at any time from your dashboard. See our Privacy Policy for details on how connected data is used and protected.

8. Intellectual property

Abdul Hadi and ReportGenie's licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation. These Terms don't grant you any ownership rights in the Service — only a limited right to use it as intended. Any content you upload or generate through the Service (such as your own reports, client data, or branding) remains yours.

9. Service availability

We work to keep the Service reliable, but we don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may perform maintenance, and features may change, be added, or be discontinued over time.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, pose a security or fraud risk to us or other users, or repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable use rules. You may stop using the Service, or cancel a paid subscription, at any time from your account settings — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abdul Hadi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll take reasonable steps to let you know (such as posting a notice on this page or emailing account holders). Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, unless a mandatory law in your own jurisdiction requires otherwise.
